At Knowledge Circle, our position is simple and clear: AI is not required, and we don’t use it by default. ✅
Our default approach is instructor-led instruction and human coaching. Some learners choose to use AI on their own; when it makes sense—and only if your organization allows it—we can suggest optional, confidentiality-safe ways to use AI between classes.

If you choose to use AI (and it’s permitted), it can support:

Why Level C (Oral) is different 🎯

For many roles, Level C oral matters because it’s not just “correct language.” It’s professional communication that shows:

• clear structure and confident delivery

• nuance and diplomacy under pressure

• comfort with more abstract topics and shifting viewpoints

• spontaneous responses in real interactions

• a professional register for meetings, briefings, and leadership moments

This is where expert coaching makes the biggest difference.

Confidentiality first 🔒

Please don’t paste confidential or identifiable work content into public AI tools.
A simple rule: keep prompts generic and use placeholders like [department] or [client]. When in doubt—don’t paste it.

A simple workflow (instructor-led, with optional AI) ⚙️

• 📝 Before class (5 min): prepare a few ideas on a generic workplace theme. If you use AI, keep it generic and non-sensitive.

• 🎯 During class: role-plays + register + nuance + pronunciation + strategy.

• 📌 After class (7 min): review key points. If you use AI, generate generic review questions and focus on one SMART goal from your instructor.
