Need to take a break from your second-language training? Whether itās for vacation, medical leave, workload, or another reason ā hereās how to pause and restart your training properly, while respecting your departmentās contract and training plan.
š Important: Training Is Governed by a Departmental Contract
Your training is part of a contractual agreement between your federal department and Knowledge Circle. This agreement includes:
-
A defined start and end date
-
A total number of training hours allocated
-
Specific conditions on attendance, pauses, and cancellation policies
ā ļø Thatās why itās essential to first speak with your manager or departmental training coordinator before contacting us to pause your training. Your internal team can confirm if the break aligns with your departmentās guidelines.
If you are unsure of the contract details or timeline, we can assist you.
ā”ļø Please contact our Account Manager, Kevin Presseault, or our coordination team to obtain your contract information or guidance related to your file.
