Instructions for Joining Your Virtual Classroom

Open a web browser on your computer. This is a program you use to visit websites, like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

A few minutes before your class starts, go to the MyLearningMyWay website:
- In the address bar at the top of your web browser, type https://mylearningmyway.com/login/

Log in to your account:
- You will see two boxes labeled "Username" and "Password".
- In the Username box, type your work email address. This is the same email address you use for work.
- In the Password box, type the password we provided you.

Find your schedule:
- Once you are logged in, you should see your MyLearningMyWay dashboard. This is your main screen.
- Look for a menu or buttons that say something like "Your Schedule",
- Click on the menu option or button that shows your schedule.

Locate your upcoming lesson:
- You should now see a calendar or list that shows your upcoming classes. This will show the date, time, and name of each class.
- Find the class that is about to start.

Join the virtual classroom:
- Click on your upcoming lesson, you should see a button that says something like "Launch Virtual Classroom". This button might only appear a few minutes before the class starts and will disappear once the class is over.
- Click the button to join your virtual classroom. This will open Microsoft Teams and connect you to your class session.
VPN
If you are using a work computer with a VPN (Virtual Private Network), it might block some features of the website. Try these steps if you have trouble:
- See if you can join the class using a different computer (like a personal laptop).
- If another computer isn't available, try temporarily disabling your VPN. Be sure to check with your IT department first to make sure it's okay to disable the VPN.

Important Note: For security reasons, the link to the virtual classroom won't be available until shortly before the class begins. This helps to prevent unauthorized access.
