Introductory Class Visit

We want to ensure that your journey begins on the right foot. To achieve this, we've arranged a special introductory visit to your class by a member of our dedicated Learning Service Team during the first week of your training.

Purpose of the Introductory Visit

  • Personalized Support: This visit serves as an opportunity for you to meet one of our team members face-to-face (virtually, via MS Teams). It's the perfect occasion to address any initial questions or concerns you might have about the program, the technology used, or your learning objectives.

  • Ensuring Comfort: Our goal is to make sure you feel fully comfortable and supported as you start this new chapter. Whether it’s navigating MS Teams, understanding course materials, or setting personal milestones, we’re here to assist.

  • Customizing Your Experience: We understand that each learner's schedule and needs are unique. This visit is also a chance for us to learn more about you and how we can tailor the learning experience to best fit your professional and personal growth.
