Your comfort, confidence, and learning success matter to us. If you're not fully comfortable with your instructor or the learning dynamic, it's okay — and encouraged — to let us know. We're here to support you.
🧭 Why This Matters
Language learning is personal, and everyone has a unique learning style. Feeling at ease with your instructor plays a big role in:
-
Building trust and engagement
-
Boosting your participation and progress
-
Creating a supportive, stress-free learning environment
If something doesn’t feel quite right — whether it's the pace, teaching style, or communication dynamic — don’t hesitate to reach out.
🌐 Reminder: This Is Second Language Training
Whether you're attending French or English training, the goal is to learn and practice the target language as much as possible. Your instructor will conduct the session in your second language, even if it's challenging at first — that’s how progress is made!
While occasional support in your first language may happen when absolutely necessary (e.g., to clarify instructions or reduce frustration), the focus must remain on immersive second-language learning.
If you feel your instructor is speaking too much in your first language — or not enough in the target language — we encourage you to let us know so we can adjust accordingly.

🧠 It’s About Fit — Not Fault
Requesting a change of instructor is common and completely normal. Every learner has different preferences — and sometimes, a better fit simply makes for a more productive learning experience.
We are committed to creating a respectful, professional, and learner-centered environment at all times.
