Charging Practices:

• Fair Billing: You are only charged for training hours that have been completed. This means there are no penalties for unscheduled absences or cancellations (please refer to the detailed cancellation policy outlined in your training contract).

Refund Eligibility:

Refund Process:

• Contacting the Right Person: To initiate a refund, reach out to the administrative assistant at admin@knowledgecircle.ca.
• Providing Necessary Information: Include your invoice number in the email, along with a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund. This helps them understand your situation and process your request efficiently.

Refund Approval and Distribution:

• Review and Approval: Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by the administrative team. If your reason for requesting a refund aligns with their policy, your request will be approved.
• Direct Credit Card Refund: If your payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be issued directly back to that same card. This ensures a smooth and swift return of your funds.
• Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. This email will provide detailed information about the amount refunded and any relevant processing times.

Timeframe:

• Our Aim: We aim to process and issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request.
