As you embark on this path, we want to ensure that our communication channels and policies are clear, so you can focus on what truly matters—your language development. Below are key guidelines to help you navigate scheduling and cancellation policies effectively.

Reporting Absences: Keeping Us Informed

To keep things simple and convenient, learners can report any absence using one of the following methods:

  1. MyLearningMyWay Calendar: Learners can cancel a class directly through their MyLearningMyWay account. Each class in the calendar has a "Cancel Class" button, allowing them to easily manage their schedule with just one click.

  2. Live Chat: For immediate assistance, learners can use the live chat feature on the MyLearningMyWay platform to report an absence in real-time. If the live chat is outside our operating hours, the submission will be processed within 2 hours during the next business day.

  3. Email: Learners can also email our scheduling team at scheduling@knowledgecircle.ca to notify us of any upcoming absences.

If a learner does not show up for a scheduled class without prior notice, the instructor will inform Knowledge Circle’s administration of the absence using the live chat feature, ensuring timely follow-up and support.

This system ensures that absences are handled efficiently, so learners' progress stays on track.

  • Live Chat Support: For immediate assistance, use the live chat feature on the "MyLearningMyWay" platform. This option lets you report any absences in real-time. If one of our agents is online, your submission will be addressed immediately. If the live chat is used outside of Knowledge Circle’s operational hours, or if our agents are momentarily unavailable, rest assured that your submission will be processed within 2 hours during our operating times or by the next day if submitted after hours. This ensures that you receive timely support, keeping your learning journey on track.
  • Instructor’s Focus: Our instructors are here to guide you through your language learning journey, dedicating their efforts to enhance your proficiency. To maintain this focus, they are not involved in administrative communications. This separation ensures that your learning experience remains uninterrupted and enriched by their full attention on educational delivery.
