As part of our commitment to providing transparent and fair language training services, Knowledge Circle has established clear policies regarding the utilization and billing of training hours. Our primary goal is to ensure that departments receive maximum value from our services, accommodating the flexible needs of learners' training schedules

Billing Practices: Monthly and Prepaid Contracts

  • Monthly Billing for Completed Hours: For the majority of contracts, Knowledge Circle reviews all training sessions delivered within the past month and bills the respective departments for the hours that have been utilized. This ensures that each billed hour reflects valuable instruction time.

  • Prepaid Contracts: It’s important to note that, although most of our contracts are billed on a monthly basis, a few operate on a prepaid basis. For these prepaid contracts, all hours are charged in advance. This arrangement is specified at the beginning of the training agreement to ensure clarity and alignment with departmental preferences.

Handling of Unused Hours

  • Non-Billing of Unused Hours for Monthly Contracts: At the conclusion of the training program, any hours that remain unused within monthly billed contracts will not be billed, offering flexibility and financial prudence.

  • Prepaid Contract Considerations: For prepaid contracts, since hours are charged in advance, the focus is on maximizing the use of all pre-purchased hours throughout the training program. We encourage departments to closely monitor training progress to fully utilize their investment.
