šŸ“© What If My Schedule Changes?

We understand that work demands, meetings, or personal obligations can sometimes conflict with your scheduled language training. If your current training time no longer works, here’s what to do:

šŸ” 1. Let Us Know as Soon as Possible

If you need to modify your schedule—temporarily or permanently—please notify us:

Please do not contact your instructor directly regarding schedule changes. Our coordination team manages all scheduling to ensure consistency and avoid billing errors.

šŸ“… 2. How to Request a Change

When requesting a new time, please include:

  • Your current training day/time

  • The reason for the change (optional but helpful)

  • Your updated availability, clearly indicating your time zone (e.g., EDT, PDT, AST)

  • Whether this is a temporary or permanent change

āœ… Example: ā€œMy Tuesday 2:00 p.m. class (EDT) conflicts with meetings. I’m available Wednesdays or Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EDT.ā€

We will do our best to accommodate your request based on instructor availability and your department’s training guidelines.

āš ļø 3. Things to Keep in Mind

  • ā³ Availability is limited: We will prioritize matches based on your flexibility and our instructors’ schedules.

  • šŸ” Frequent changes can slow progress and reduce training continuity.

  • šŸ“ Contract restrictions: Some departments or contracts limit the number of changes that can be made.

🧩 4. Temporary Absences

For short-term absences (e.g., travel, leave, illness):

  • Inform us of the dates you’ll be away

  • We’ll adjust your calendar and resume training once you return

šŸ‘„ 5. Instructor Reassignment (If Needed)

If your new availability doesn’t match your instructor’s schedule:

  • We may propose a new instructor

  • We’ll ensure a smooth transition and brief the new instructor accordingly

We're here to help you stay on track. By keeping us informed—especially with time zones—you make it easier for us to support your learning effectively.
