📌 What to Do If You are Going to Be Late for Your Online Class

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays happen. If you know you will be late for your scheduled online class, here’s what to do to ensure a smooth experience:

✅ Notify Us as Soon as Possible

Please do not contact your instructor directly, to prevent miscommunication and invoicing issues. Instead, you can:

• Use the LiveChat feature on MyLearningMyWay to notify us directly.

• Email our team at: scheduling@knowledgecircle.ca.

This allows the instructor to be informed in a coordinated way and ensures the session still benefits you.

🖥️ Join the Class as Soon as You Can

Even if you're running late:

• Still join the session. Don’t skip it entirely.

• If possible, send a quick message in the chat once you're connected to let the instructor know you're there.

🔄 Catch Up on Missed Content

If you missed part of the class:

• Your instructor may share notes, a quick recap, or suggest activities to help you catch up.

• Feel free to ask for clarification during the session or via email afterwards.

❗ Repeated Lateness
