We work with you and your instructor to adapt your training. Examples include:

🧠 Learning Support:

• Slower pace with structured reinforcement

• More frequent repetition and visual grammar cues

• First language use for clarification (only when necessary)

🔈 For Learners with Hearing Impairments:

• Enabling live captions in MS Teams

• Written summaries and follow-up messages

• Clear pacing and articulation by the instructor

• (Where permitted) Recording short segments of class

👀 For Learners with Visual or Display Needs:

• Larger font sizes (12–14 pt or more)

• High-contrast or simplified materials

• Descriptive navigation during screen sharing

• Editable documents for customized viewing

• Short breaks in longer sessions

• Scheduling around fatigue or concentration windows

• Low-pressure strategies to build confidence
